Via the private entrance and through the hallway you enter the apartment. The apartment is well-finished with nice flooring, the bathroom with lavatory are located just behind the hallway. The open kitchen with breakfast bar creates a cosy living area. The large double doors give access to the garden that can function as an extension of the living space in summer. Via double doors in the living you can access the bedroom on the front side of the apartment. The bedroom is very bright and offers enough space for a good size wardrobe and double bed.
The apartment will be equipped with flooring and basic lighting.

Location

The Kromme-Mijdrechtstraat is a quiet street in the Rivierenbuurt, running from the Vrijheidslaan to the Amsteldijk. Due to this location being so central there are many options for recreation. Cycling along the Amstel river, having a picnic in the Martin Luther King park (known for the yearly ” Parade” festival) or go for a swim in the De Mirandabad and shopping on the Rijnstraat. The Amstelpark and Beatrixpark can be reached easily. For your daily shopping you can go to the Rijnstraat and Van Woustraat with a great variety in shops.

The apartment is located near several roads such as the Ring A-10 and the A-2. Public transport facilities such as the Amstel, Rai station and the various tram and bus connections are around the corner.
