The hallway gives access to several rooms of the apartment. On the backside you will find both bedrooms. One bedroom can be reached directly from the hallway, the other can be reached via the study.
The bedrooms each give access to the spacious balcony.
The balcony is west facing.
The bathroom is equiped with a walk in shower, a sink and a cabinet. There is also a space to install the washing machine.
The separate lavatory with sink are located on the hallway.
The livingroom and study both have their own entrance from the hallway and are also connected to eachother.
The livingroom has an open kitchen connection and is very bright and spacious. There is a small balcony that can be reached from the livingroom.
The kitchen is equiped with fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a gasstove and an extractor hood. The kitchen has a lot of storage space above and underneath the counter top.

The President Kennedylaan is located between the Rijnstraat and the Vrijheidslaan and looks out over the Amstel.
In the area you will find everything you need. For your daily groceries you can visit the cozy shoppingstreets, Rijnstraat, Maasstraat or the van Woustraat. Even the famous Albert Cuypmarkt can be reached within a 10 minute bike ride. For relaxing you can visit the Martin Luther Kingpark, the Amstel and the Amstelpark.
Public transport is well organised. Several options by tram (nr 4 and 12), Amstel trainstation and RAI station are easy to reach. By car you can reach the Ringroad A10 and the A2.
Parking (with parking permit) is no problem there is sufficient space in front of the apartment.
